The opening of the competition for the construction of the Spitalla Solar Park with a ceiling price for energy of 55 euros per megabyte, which was announced today by the government, is contrary not only to economic logic, but also to the most basic practices of governance. In fact, what the government declares as a success is an action at a financial cost to the citizens. In May of this year, the government opened the auction for the concession of the Karavasta Solar Park. The winner of the auction was the French company Voltalia, which offered to sell half of the energy produced by the plant to the Albanian state at a favorable price of 24.89 euros per mega.
But 6 months later, the government Cambodia WhatsApp Number Data opens the competition for another solar power plant, that of Spitalla, which will have an installed capacity of 100 megawatts. But this time the state will buy 70 percent of the energy produced by the power plant, while the price ceiling has been left at 55 euros per mega. In this situation a question naturally arises; How to explain the 55 euro price of the new auction when in fact the price of the last auction should have been taken as a reference price, i.e. 24.89 Euro per day, which was offered by the winning company in Karavasta. The same logic and rule was followed by ERE and was also defined in the revised renewable energy strategy in 2019, where the price of the previous auction was taken as the basis for opening the new auction, such as the Akarnia auction in 2018, which resulted in 59 Euro.

The perverse business of paid testing If you take into consideration that the competition for Spitalla is expected to end in early 2021, including the conclusion of the contract, this makes the process even more doubtful given the fact that the costs of investments in solar energy fall by an average of at least 15 % every year. All possibilities lead to the conjecture that Spitalla's tender is a correction for Karavasta's. It is no surprise that Spitalla has also been predestined for the French company Voltalia. Apparently, the French company has regretted the dumping price it offered in Karavasta and now the accounts are not coming out.
